Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Sexual Assault Policy
The Âé¶¹´«Ã½ policy strictly prohibits sexual harassment, sexual assault, stalking, domestic violence, dating violence, and discrimination within the University community. Harassment on the basis of sex is a violation of Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. This policy applies equally to all members of Âé¶¹´«Ã½ community: students, faculty, administrators, staff, contract employees and visitors.
